HOMES FOR RENT
At the moment there are no ElderSpirit rental homes available. This situation does change from time to time. See our Membership page for information on how to apply in the future. It is important to consider all of the information available on this website, especially the documents linked from the Membership tab, before submitting an application. We want you to know who we are as a community before you make a commitment!
Rental homes:
Because our rentals were built with some government funds, renters must meet certain low and middle income guidelines set by governmental agencies. The rental rates change from time to time. For current rates, please contact the Membership Committee at elderspiritmembership@
The sizes of the homes are as follows:
All two bedroom apartments are 960 sq. ft.
Most one bedroom apartments are 760 sq. ft.
One-bedroom apartments in the Common House are 590 sq. ft.
Some have asked about the cost of utilities.
Trash pickup is included in the rent, but utilities are not included. For a 1 bedroom home, electricity, water, and sewer would be about $150 a month. However there are many variables, depending on weather and use of equipment, etc.
