Thanksgiving

Mankind has held festivals in the Fall of the year since very early times, beginning as a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year.  More recently, in 1621, the Plymouth colonists and Wampanoag Indians shared an autumn harvest feast that is acknowledged today as one of the first Thanksgiving celebrations in the "colonies".

Here at ElderSpirit we have so much to be thankful for, and gather together to share our gratitude with each other.

We'd like to share with you some photos from our celebration with families, friends and strangers.
