So much of the first 12 years in our Community are thanks to Betty and Loretta. Remember the ElderSpirit Singers? Balloon Ladies? Common Buildings for ever? Loretta leading the web development team and chairing the Members Coordinating Council? And of course, the Griller Girls and Betty’s hats! There is no way to mention them all, and no way to forget them. Their commitment to community and the values we embrace contributed so much to the ElderSpirit we have today.
The time came, however, for them to move closer to family and the right opportunity arose for them with a new place to live. The community gathered around to give them a great send-off as they rode off into the sunset with all of their music.
